Position Title: Civil EngineerExperience Level: 5-10 YearsKey Responsibilities:•Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, roads, drainage, and buildings.•Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.•Develop and review detailed project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings using software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D.•Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and timelines.•Manage project budgets, prepare cost estimates, and oversee procurement processes.•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and government authorities.•Ensure compliance with local and international standards, codes, and regulations.•Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project presentations.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.•5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of successfully delivered projects.•Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis tools like ETABS or STAAD Pro.•Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.•Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.•Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.•Effective communication and teamwork skills.•Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is an advantage.Preferred Skills:•Experience in sustainable and eco-friendly engineering practices.•Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and advanced project management tools.•Knowledge of geotechnical, structural, or transportation engineering principles.
