As anIVR developeryou?ll be responsible for development ofCisco CVP, IVR, andContact Centerprojects. You?ll be responsible for application development project deliverables onCVP andIVR applications that developCall Flows which are integrated with internal systems and services, such as, Databases, Web Services, Web Applications, CRM Systems, Ticketing Systems,Billing Systems, etc. You?ll review project requirements and interpret them into development tasks, prepare deliverable estimates, develop or assist with application design, work with other team mates and business groups to architect solutions, and support other developers on the team. As a main part of the system, Databases will need to be queried, and reports will be developed to run on some reporting tools to facilitate Data Analysis and help Business Teams reach their targets.Youll be responsible for documentation of software projects and solutions provided in forms of HLD, LLD, UAT, and other documents. An essential need during and after projects youll need to provide support services to other teams that use the system in case of an upgrade, change request, issue, or bugs.
