Job Overview’The Candidate should have a proven experience and knowledge for the responsibility of Mechanical Chief Engineer. He will be responsible to lead the Mechanical Engineering department and oversee the completion of various projects. He should also be able to review the project requirements, including Organization, Resources, costs, Schedule and accordingly elaborate the plan to execute the Project.’In addition to this, He should be able to train the team members and communicate project objectives to them. You should also be able to perform quality control checks. He should also be able to oversee the equipment Design, ensure the coordination with other engineering disciplines, and installation processes. He should have strong communication and negotiation skills to help him helpful when dealing with others.’As a Chief Mechanical Engineer, He should have complete knowledge of various engineering principles and techniques. Furthermore, He should also hold a valid Mechanical engineering Diploma. He should also possess quick decision-making skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
