Job Description

Aventus has partnered with a top-tier Environmental Services entity to hire a CEO to join their growing operation in KSAThe CEO will be a strategic partner and a hands-on leader providing day-to-day guidance to the newly established practice in the Kingdom whilst contributing towards the overall growth in alignment with the group strategyThe CEO will report to the Group CEO and work collaboratively with other members of the senior leadership team while growing the teams for the operation in KSA. He or she must be an expert within the environmental services/ utility/ renewable energy sector and work along with the leadership team in identifying new potential opportunities for expansionFurthermore, the CEO will also be the face of the business in the KSA market and be well-versed in the government regulations governing the sectorRequirement:

  1. 15+ years of experience as CEO Senior management in environmental services/ renewables/ utility sector
  2. Experience in growing business from inception and developing the teams will be beneficial
  3. Having a wide- network of connections across the sector and governmental bodies will be key to the role
