Responsible for overseeing the comprehensive growth of strategies and business models for diverse assets. Closely monitor asset performance and the operators adherence to targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), while also ensuring the timely submission of progress reports and updates.Client DetailsOur client is involved in one of the biggest real estate developments in the KSA Region with a focus on cities and community management.DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:1. Oversee the development of the strategies and business models for the various assets, along with targets and KPIs, in coordination with the Strategy and PMO team2 . Ensure and approve the development of feasibility studies for CO assets; and ensure review is conducted by the Finance team3. Manage the potential partnership models and developers/operators/asset managers of the various assets.4. Manage the outsourcing of design and construction requirements and ensure the development of the center in accordance with the masterplan and maintain constant coordination on the progress of the project5. Ensure that the asset policies, processes and procedures are in line with the relevant procedural/legislative requirements and quality standards6. Oversee and maintain relationships with operators, and oversee adherence to commercial agreements and strategic objectives and maximization of profits7. Review and approve the identification and tendering process for RFPs, and ensure proper onboarding of operators8. Manage the pricing strategies for the assets and encourage optimization through various revenue management tools9. Establish and finalize contracts with developers/asset managers/operators on different partnership models (including negotiating the bigger contracts)10. Oversee and monitor the performance of assets and asset operators against targets and KPIs and ensure timely delivery of update/ progress reports11. Ensure operations/construction timelines are met by the developers/asset managers and operatorsProfileThe successful candidate will be strong in asset and revenue management with a focus on large and complex projects.
