- To facilitate expert multidisciplinary care for the patient and their dependents, bydirection`s, supervision and example.- To act as a clinical and managerial resource for the unit.- Conjunction with head nurses.- To liaise and cooperate with other relevant department.- To provide professional leadership including participation in standard setting and leading in the maintenance care standards.- To participate in the education and development of all grades of staff.- To provide resuscitation cover for the hospital when necessary.- To cover the head nurses when needed as well as other staff nurses.- EDUCATION/ LICENSURE:- BSC or Master degree in Nursing with minimum of good grading.- Maintains valid registration in country of origin.- Must have valid SCFHS license.- PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:- Has worked as a staff nurse for a minimum of six (6) years.
