Have complete responsibility for volume development and customer service delivery.Selling:

  • Sell and execute all authorized products, packages and promotions.
Merchandising:
  • Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regulation rotation.
  • Fill and rotate all shelf, displays and equipment to Arrow Company standards.
  • Properly price product Utilize point of purchase material.
Delivery:
  • Accounts serviced as scheduled ?Journey plan.
  • Ensure safe vehicle operation.
  • Manage daily settlement and collection of payment.
Tracking?Measures & Problem?Solving:
  • Record accurate core work measures.
  • Participate in problem solving meeting.
