We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Technician to perform installation, repair, and maintenance of wooden structures, fixtures, and fittings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, safety protocols, and excellent craftsmanship to ensure quality work in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Measure, cut, assemble, and install wooden and other material structures.Repair and maintain existing carpentry works, including doors, windows, furniture, partitions, and fixtures.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and building codes.Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery accurately and safely.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Keep the work area clean and organized during and after project completion.Assist in estimating material costs and labor requirements for projects.Requirements:Proven experience as a Carpenter Technician or similar role.Technical diploma or vocational training in carpentry or related trades.Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.Good physical stamina and dexterity.Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Valid driver’s license may be preferred for site visits.
