Come Well prepared to work (well dressed, well shaved and good smell).- Inspect side stations/guests supplies are clean, restocked (Tissue, Take away boxes,Plastic Bag) for service section- Clean floor, tables, Chairs, Menus, Plates mate, Salt & Pepper at opening/ closing andbetween shifts.- Make the set-up for table- Be aware of your surroundings.- Present menus and take orders from Customers and answerquestions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.- Follow up the orders- Process customer bills or payments.
