Business Operations ManagerLocation:Saudi ArabiaJob Purpose:The Business Operations Manager (COM) will report to the Operations Director, administer and coordinate the internal operational functions of the Beacon Development Department (BDD). As the Business Operations Manager you will manage all Financial, HR and administrative activities, and support the Director in delivering the strategic goals of the Department.Major Accountabilities:You will:* Manage the day-to-day financial activities of the department for the Operations Director; this includes invoicing, payments and credit control. * Work with KAUST related departments to make sure that BDD is aligned with internal policies and procedures. * Develop relationships with suppliers and clients, and connect with financial and commercial managers to ensure the effective operation of the department. * Monitor the overall Accounts Payable and Receivable position, and direct the team for necessary actions as required. * Support the Operations Director in the commercial assessment of new projects, and contribute to go/no go decisions. * Review the commercial rates charged on regular basis. * Manage any workforce issues and liaise with KAUST HR to provide appropriate contracts for staff, dependent upon the project type. * Manage the administration function of BDD. * Provide reports and updates to Project Managers, and suggest financial corrective actions to existing and new projects. * Be the main point of contact for KAUST HR and Finance administration. * Produce regular financial reports and create new reports as required. * Propose system enhancements for function systems regarding business operations.Qualifications:* Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business administration. Masters Degree is preferred.Experience:* A minimum of 5 years experience in a commercially focused role, preferably within a complex environment.
