Research project contracts, Assist the project manager to negotiate and communicate with the client and joint venture to solve problems in contract performance.?Organize and participate in the drafting, negotiation and review of various economic contracts of the project.?Familiar with the laws, regulations and policies of the local governments on project operation, and assist in avoiding various legal risks?Responsible for project sub-contractor inquiry, contact and negotiation work.?Collect claim data and be responsible for project claim work.?Develop the local market and assist the company in the quotation and tender work.?Participate in and actively support company initiatives.?Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate the risks.?Prepare pre-qualification for new project.?All other duties as relevant to the post.
