We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a strong Designing & Consultancy company inside of a big holding of 25 companies!!To support the Business Development Manager in developing proposals and variationsfor design and build projects and to help maintain the client relationship. This include theability to take design brief and convert it to a proposal and full scope of work followingthe direction of the BD manager. It also includes research and presentationdevelopment for different projects. To report on sales pipeline and to follow on targets.The roel will play a key part in supporting our companys transformation program bycoordinating work between departments and teams, ensuring effective communicationand follow-up on transformation-related tasks.Key Duties & Responsibilities:- To support company transformation program including coordinating works between departments and teams, follow up on transformation related tasks and to be assigned to develop.- To develop architectural and engineering design proposals and variation orders from capturing design briefs to a full scope proposal following ahb standard templates.- To Lead, coordinate and develop construction project proposal and variation orders with the help of the construction manager and construction project managers following standard templates from cost development file to final bid.- To develop contract and agreements for both design and build following ahb standard templates.- To keep track of all leads, proposals and client information, in addition to sign contract and their progress as per the original timelines.- To follow up with leads and answer client questions.- To develop sales pipelines reports weakly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.- To communicate with clients and submit proposals and answer their questions with regard to proposals.- To register and update company information in vendors portals.- To make sure that all company documents are up to date and follow up with the admin with regard to updating the documents.- To identify new opportunities available in Etimad and in social media account and other vendor portals.- To respond for RFP and prepare all documents with the help of the other department design and build.- To develop, present and prepare presentation and marketing materials for design and build following ahb standards.-To update the portfolio, website, social accounts following ahb standards.
