Duties & Responsibilities:We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager/Sales Manager for our interiors fit-out company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, secure new opportunities, and develop strong client relationships within the interiors industry.Key Responsibilities:Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to identify market trends, potential clients, and business expansion opportunities.Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and quotations.Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors.Networking & Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, trade shows, and forums.Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for smooth project execution.Reporting & Forecasting: Track business activities, analyze performance, and provide sales forecasts.Job Requirements:Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).Experience: Minimum 8 years in business development/sales within the interiors fit-out industry in Saudi Arabia.Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Saudi interiors market, industry trends, and regulations.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, client conversion, and achieving sales targets.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.CRM & Business Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).Others: Highly adaptable, analytical, and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
