Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Explore new markets, investment opportunities, and increase revenue through new partnerships.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and offer new solutions to meet their needs.
  1. Team Supervision:
  • Lead and guide the business development team to ensure growth objectives are met.
  • Train, develop, and motivate new team members to enhance performance.
  1. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
  • Negotiate commercial terms with clients and partners.
  • Follow through on closing deals and ensure successful execution.
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor and evaluate market performance and business trends.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development progress.
  1. Internal Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Improve internal processes and business activities to maximize available opportunities.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Prepare and allocate budgets for business development activities, ensuring revenue goals are met within the allocated budget.
