As one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in the GCC we are now looking at making a leadership hire for our KSA business.Title: Business Development ManagerFunction: Business DevelopmentLocation: Hybrid role working between Riyadh and Dubai.About Aventus:

  • Established and reputable GCC recruitment brand
  • Long track record of successful searches completed in KSA over the past 6 years.
  • Large portfolio of Saudi clients both in the public and private sector
  • 30 consultants based in the GCC including a highly skilled resourcing team experienced in both Saudi National hires as well as international search.
  • Market leading uncapped commission scheme
  • Resources to build and scale a team
  • Regular trips to Dubai
  • Expense budget to travel, meet and entertain clients
  • Flexible work culture and environment
About You:
  • Must have a passion for building and maintaining relationships
  • Confident identifying key prospective targets
  • Experienced in managing existing clients, problem solving, stakeholder management and strategically developing them as a dedicated account manager.
  • Someone who enjoys new Business Development across multiple sectors such as banking, public sector, technology and legal industry.
  • Someone who has leadership skills able to help build, train and develop a team
  • Prior experience in the recruitment industry is not a prerequisite for this role.
