Position Overview:We are seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Associate to join our expanding team. This is a key role for an ambitious professional who excels at identifying growth opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment. Relocation to Riyadh is required.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies aligned with market goals.Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients and strategic partners.Present and promote company services through engaging pitches and presentations.Analyze industry trends and monitor the competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities.Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets; track and report on key performance metrics.Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven success in business development, preferably within the financial services sector.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Highly self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Understanding of the Middle East market is a strong plus.Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage.Must be willing and able to relocate to Riyadh.
