The role holder is responsible for Empowering Tech&Ops to identify & analyze BCM risk & align with risk management practices and provide support & guidance as well as, Providing required support to all sectors/departments in implementing and managing BCMS standards, guidelines and methodologies also, Supporting in facilitating alignments between business requirements and technology capabilities. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Reviews BCMS lifecycle and facilitate development of Business impact analysis, Risk assessments, Dependency analysis, Business Continuity Plans, Recovery Plans, Maintaining the BCM lifecycle, Periodically report the performance of the BCMS on all sectors & units and ensure improve maturity of BCMS practicesSupports sectors and units to efficiently respond and recover affected resources in order to minimize the duration of impact if a disruptive incident does occurAssess, evaluate, amend and prioritize sectors and units processes from resilience/availability and interdependencies perspectivesSupports Tech&Ops to identify & analyze BCM risk & align with risk management practices and provide support & guidance Identifies operational BCMS resiliency improvements that can greatly enhance sectors and units ability to mitigate various interruptionsProvides required support to all sectors/departments in implementing and managing BCMS standards, guidelines and methodologiesSupports all sectors/departments in improving maturity of BMS practicesSupports in resolving gaps, issues and nonconformities that might arise through the development, maintenance and improvement of the BCMS.Laisses with sectors to evaluate and measure BCMS capabilities and performances Reviews and analysis dependencies outlined in BIAs and track resolutions as necessary.Provides guidance as necessary to support the development of recovery plans and recovery priorities Coordinates with related sectors/departments in order to develop and establish SLAs for the required services for BCMS Aligns to resolve business requirements / technology capabilities deviations. Assess vendors that Tech & Ops are dependent on and communicate outputs with procurementParticipates in capturing BIA technology requirements and Circulate BIA results to Tech&Ops for technology recovery requirements Performs requested recovery capabilities against current recovery capabilities GAP report Supports in facilitating alignments between business requirements and technology capabilities. Circulates to Business Continuity Champions Recovery Strategy template to and gather , validate upon completion the Recovery Strategy.Provides guidance and templates as necessary to support the development of recovery plans
