Job Description

To help define future business goals and determine how to achieve those goals in an effective manner, by (1) working on the assessment of the current status, (2) evaluating business processes, operations, policies and procedures, (3) identify improvement and development opportunities for the future and (4) helping reshape company policies and procedures and (5) assisting in the development of proposals and products that can help improve Nesma & Partners? performance.

  • Work closely and actively with different business users
  • Facilitate and participate in workshops to gather requirements related to business processes
  • Document requirements from the business user
  • Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios
  • Learn and implement lean concepts
  • Review policies and procedures, and identify required amendments
  • Compose, maintain and clarify policies and procedures of the company
  • Ensure policies and procedures are in line with company?s strategic objectives
  • Work closely and actively with development
  • Clarify meaning and intent of business solution requirements to the development team
  • Prepare use case and execute test scenario to secure the quality assurance of the developed solutions
  • Prepare comprehensive user guides
  • Provide support to business users operations
