We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and oversee the maintenance and repair of all building facilities to ensure efficient and reliable operation.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement preventive and routine maintenance plans.• Supervise, assign, and direct the maintenance team.• Manage the maintenance budget and oversee procurement.• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance work.• Conduct periodic building assessments and identify maintenance needs.• Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.• Prepare periodic reports on building condition and maintenance work.Required Qualifications:• At least [3-5] years of experience in building maintenance.• Excellent leadership and management skills.• Extensive knowledge of various building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in [English], preferably [Arabic].• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.• Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
