This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, develop budgeting and forecasting models, and monitor performance against targets.Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Supports in meetings with the Business leaders on an ongoing basis, challenges their estimates and set new targets Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models. Monitor and review budgets, providing recommendations for cost optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure its accuracy. Prepare variance analysis reports and provide explanations for any deviations from budgets. Support the planning and forecasting process for the entity, which includes P&L, Balance sheet, Cashflow and non-financial data Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.RequirementsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3-5 years of experience in a budgeting and reporting roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in financial modeling and data analysisExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
