Job Description

Job Propose:Responsible for assisting the team by managing brokers requests, maintaining a long-term relationship with brokers and maximizing sales opportunities within brokers.Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and collaborate with external and internal units via company provided tools
  2. Receive, send, negotiate and close quotations for all products lines.
  3. Audit internal units quotations to match with external units request.
  4. Solicit brokers to promote the companys products through ensuring contracts between brokers and the company are renewed annually and new contracts introduced.
  5. Follow up with external units for any outstanding bills during policy lifetime.
  6. Ensuring commission paid in specific time by making sure all documents are current and present.
  7. Broker visits monthly set forth by management
  8. Brokers complaints: making sure all cases investigated dully solved and all parties held accountable for broker service.
  9. Broker services: ensuring all brokers are satisfied through making sure internal units meet KPI`s promised by the company.
  10. Communicating and coordinating on behalf of internal units to make sure the companys interest is always met the broker submissions.
  11. Make sure all departments registries and broker data sheet updated as set forth by manager.
  12. Follow policy and procedures set forth by the management when different brokers submit duplicate submissions.
  13. Follow policy and procedures set forth by manager when conflict in submission arises
  14. Develop internal projects for brokers.
  15. Follow and meet the target set forth by the management.
  16. Organize and prioritize workflow based on pyramid relation set forth by management.
  17. Utilize all tools provided by the company to meet company and division standards.
  18. Follow IA, CCHI and regulatory bodies to ensure the company is always in compliance.
Assist superior employees in any given tasks related to broker division.Work Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in insurance industry.
