The role holder is responsible for and developing the brand strategy for the group and designing the templates and guidelines, as well as managing and maintaining the brand value and position and mitigating the risks, and recommending improvement initiatives for the General Directorate. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Develop logo, design templates and guidelines for stc KSA and endorse them across stc Group.Develop and manage global brand architecture for stc Group in order to unify the brand visionManage Corporate Brand Assets (brand portal, trademark, illustration, etc.) for stc KSA and endorse it across stc Group.Review & approve sponsorship for stc KSA and endorse it across stc GroupManage product portfolio identity and naming for stc KSA and endorse them across stc Group.Develop brand positioning, tonality, Archetype and values for stc KSA and endorse them across stc Group.Develop and manage global brand initiative strategies for stc Group to increase and enhance the brand valueManage Brand Researches for stc KSA and endorse them across stc Group.Develop and manage Brand risks for stc KSA and endorse it across stc Group to measure the potential risks mitigationOptimize Brand Value across stc Group in order to sustain the brand image and valueProvide support in the development of Employer Brand to ensure it follow the corporate brand to avoid any deviation.Review and endorse communication plans for stc Group to ensure unified and smooth process.
