Black & Grey HR is hiring for a fast growing restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking for an active and efficient Branch Manager to manage the day to day operations for one of their stores in Al Khobar. You will be responsible for?<br /><br />-?Developing and Implementing plans to successfully achieve Monthly Sales Target & Budget plan. Look for Possibilities to Up sell and Increase Walk-ins<br />-?Maintain working schedules on a day to day basis<br />-?Evaluate & Ensures all Food & Beverages sold at the outlet complies to the food service standards established by Local Health Authorities<br />-?Coordinate with the staff according to different shifts and confirm the availability<br />-?Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation<br />-?Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses<br />-?Hire and onboard new wait staff and baristas<br />-?Lead by example and uplift the staff during busy moments in fast paced environment<br /><br />Requirements-?Graduate in BHM Hospitality management or culinary schooling<br />- Prior experience as Cafe / Restaurant Manager<br />- Teamwork and Leadership skills<br />-?Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment<br />- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team<br /><br />BenefitsAttractive salary plus benefits<br />
