Job Description

A Boutique Manageris in charge of managing the boutiques sales, operations, products, and human resources to assure great customer experience while driving maximum profitability. He / she also motivates and inspires his / her team to achieve productivity and sales goals that are aligned with the brands values.Key Responsibility:

  • Review and evaluate Boutique sales against budgets and identify ways to increase sales and exceed sales targets.
  • Work with the Area Manager to design and implement strategies for managing controllable expenses to improve profitability.
  • Encourage the team to find improvements to processes and systems.
  • Handle cash and manage banking in a responsible manner.
  • Monitoring and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Set priorities, make decisions, and take actions that create and maintain customer satisfaction by understanding customer demands and the brands strategy.
  • Actively connect to look for potential customers, as well asemployees.
  • Create a positive and harmonious work environment by communicating openly and effectively with coworkers.
  • Manage the performance of the team and validate individual commitment and buy-in to the agreed-upon performance goals.
