We are looking for an experienced BMS Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of the Building Management System (BMS) for our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of automated building systems including HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems to maintain safety, comfort, and energy efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Supervise the daily operation of the Building Management System (BMS)Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve faults in HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and other automated systemsCoordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors for timely repairs and upgradesConduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS componentsEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer guidelinesMaintain accurate logs, records, and reports of system performance and incidentsTrain junior technicians and operators on BMS procedures and protocolsImplement energy-saving initiatives through system optimizationRespond promptly to emergency situations and alarmsAssist in system upgrades, installations, and testing of new equipmentRequirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Automation EngineeringStrong knowledge of HVAC, fire alarm, lighting control, and security systemsAbility to analyze system data and troubleshoot complex technical issuesFamiliarity with energy management and building codesGood communication and team leadership skillsWillingness to work in shifts or on-call basis, if required
