Responsibilities:Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS.Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune system performance for HVAC, lighting, and other integrated services.Diagnose system alarms, faults, and communication issues.Coordinate with onsite facility management and other technical teams for smooth operations.Ensure compliance with safety and project standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.2-3 years experience in BMSStrong understanding of HVAC controls and communication protocols.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
