Parsons KAFD is looking for an amazingly talented BMS Engineer to join our team!In the role you will complete a wide variety of tasks whilst applying engineering techniques and analyses within the BMS discipline. The Engineer will manage the installation Building Management Systems works on site.You will join a leading professional engineering, construction, and cost management team working on multiple projects in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). What youll be doing:Manage BMS installation works in a large-scale construction project in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.Conduct on site investigations and analyze data.Assess potential risks, materials and costsProvide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.Handle over the resulting structures and services for useMonitor progress and compile reports in project statusComply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as requiredPerforms other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.What youll required skills youll bring:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).Typically 8+ years of related work experience in an engineering consultancy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
