BIM Modeller | AFET | KSAOverview of the role:Revit 3D Modellers (HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical) position is fully responsible to draw 3D models of relevant Arch/Structural/ Services based on available AutoCAD based IFC/Shop Drawings & Generating the BOQ from 3D models prior to ordering of materials. Coordination of Services prior to release for installation.What you will do:?To Generate clash free models with LOD-500 detailing.?To generate accurate BOQ / Schedule of Materials.?To assist in the creation, maintenance and proper utilization of company/project standards, templates and content.?To read and understand design and construction drawings with minimal assistance and oversight.?To work side by side with teams in-house and external teams to complete BIM projects and subsequent drawings based off schematic drawings and models.?Work with various parties to update as-built model and 2D sheet files through construction with changes on-site or from the client
