Availability: Immediate JoiningKey Responsibilities:Develop and update 3D BIM models for mechanical systems – HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and utilities.Coordinate with electrical and civil teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free design.Perform clash detection and issue coordination reports using Revit, Navisworks, or BIM 360.Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, and material take-offs as per approved design.Maintain BIM documentation and ensure compliance with project and client BIM standards.Support site teams with model-based coordination and construction sequencing.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of BIM Mechanical experience in infrastructure or projects.Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit , Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Experience with infrastructure utilities, HVAC, or Red Sea/NEOM projects preferred.
