Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems (lighting, power, ELV, earthing, etc.).Coordinate with , civil, and architectural teams to ensure accuracy and clash-free integration.Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.Prepare coordinated electrical shop drawings, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.Maintain and update BIM models per project standards and client specifications.Participate in model review meetings and ensure all electrical deliverables meet required timelines.
