POSITION OVERVIEW:In this position, you will be responsible for Coordination & Review of BIM Deliverables , conducting quality checks on infrastructure projects, to guarantee that BIM Models, BEP, MIDP and other deliverables adheres to the EIR and ISO19650 standards. You will have frequent collaboration with the BIM Leads, BIM Modelers, and Design Team.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :Acting as the main contact for any updates on BIM Models, BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and other BIM documents collaborating with the client, BIM and Design Team.Performs QA/QC of BIM Models for compliance with Client requirements and QA/QC Procedure. Supervises the production of BIM Models and ensures that all project information is accurately implemented in the Models, well-documented, and communicated to the relevant Design Teams.Creation of discipline specific BIM Models (e.g. dry/wet utilities, corridor models )Prepares, creates, and maintains Federated Models , BIM Execution Plan (BEP) , Clash Detection Matrix ;Ensure model(s) are delivered in accordance with the agreed Level of Information Need (LOIN), TIDP, MIDP, BEP and CDE protocol;Reviews Models and create issues on ACC to verify that Models are coordinated, issues resolved, and appropriately documented and managed throughout the project lifecycle;Support in case of technical software related questions.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field and 10+ overall years of related work experience in the field of Design, BIM Modeling, Coordination, Project Drawings, QA/QC.BIM / Software Certification is advantageous.SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:Understanding of Design and related Standards, Quality Management practices;Extensive experience in creating Civil 3D Models, Models Review and Clash Detection;Effective communication and collaboration with diverse professionals;Strong problem-solving abilities and Analytical skills to implement document standards quickly in a fast-paced environment;Thorough attention to detail;Excellent computer skills in Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage, Excel ;Experience in Revizto, Dynamo, ProjectWise is advantageous;Knowledge of ISO19650 Standards is required.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:Any Graduation()Gender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
