Job Description

Our agility, expertise, and holistic approach have helped smoothen the processes and paths of Saudi public impact initiatives operating under the Vision 2030 umbrella.The Billing & Credit Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely revenue reporting, managing the invoicing and credit control processes, and minimizing financial risks associated with outstanding payments. This role requires experience with the Etimad system and collaboration with the Business Development team to streamline credit management and collection activities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Etimad Experience is a must in this role.
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting of revenue activities for TAM. Maintain and update data inputs that drive revenue recognition. Preparation & sending of invoices using the ERP system. Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures to ensure effective management of credit and collection processes. Monitor and analyze customer credit limits and payment terms to minimize financial risks and bad debts. Manage the collection of outstanding payments from customers in Coordination with the Business development team . Manage the input and update of the companys Invoice on Etimad Portal. Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities, including customer interactions, payment agreements, and legal actions. Collaborate with the BD team to resolve any customer disputes or issues related to credit and collections. Prepare and present regular reports on the status of outstanding payments, aging debt, and credit control performance to the management team.RequirementsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in a billing or credit control role, preferably with Etimad system experience.Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and credit management best practices.Proficient in using ERP systems and financial reporting tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and cross-functional teams.Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address credit risks and collection issues.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
