Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value.Partner with the bestBaker Hughes has an opportunity for an excellent candidate to join its team in Gabon as a Billings and Collections Specialist.As a Billing & Collections Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
  • Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area
  • Handling diverse clients in a region and working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
  • Handling standardized project processes and guidelines to ensure they will be implemented in the department
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors degree or a high school diploma/GED with good experience in client services
  • Demonstrate good experience in Customer Service Management
  • Be fluent in the English language
  • Be a Self-starter with high motivation levels and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Demonstrate ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
