We are a leading company specializing in sustainable transport solutions, and were looking for a dynamic Bicycles Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize our growing fleet of bicycles.   • Fleet Oversight: Manage the daily operations of our bicycles fleet, including maintenance, repair, and overall efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of maintenance staff and fleet coordinators, ensuring high standards of service and productivity.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for fleet expansion and optimization to meet growing demand.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ensuring that parts and bicycles are well-stocked and in good condition.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that our fleet meets the needs of our customers, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data to monitor fleet performance and make informed decisions about maintenance and upgrades.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in fleet management, preferably with bicycles or similar vehicles.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of bicycle mechanics and maintenance.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in bicycle maintenance or fleet management.
  • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and/or other languages is a plus.
