We take energy forward ? making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.Partner with the bestAs a Flow Sales Lead, you will generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams, with the purpose of generating business opportunities. You will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop a strategy for new business and expand existing business within the actual market.As a Bentley Nevada Flow Sales Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling Flow Sales which include the sales of spare parts, hardware and software.
  • Selling to existing Bentley customers and developing new customer base.
  • Selling mainly to distributors and channel partners.
  • Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.
  • Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region and cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a bachelors degree from an accredited university with at least 5 years of experience in Sales.
  • Have experience in Oil and Gas and Petrochemicals.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and leadership skills are preferred.
  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams is preferred.
  • Have the ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact is preferred.
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously is preferred.
  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills as well as proven analytical and organizational ability are preferred.
