Job Summary:The Bell Attendant will be responsible for providing professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is a memorable experience from arrival to departure, provide all hotel guests courteous, tactful, and efficient services according to standards established by Shangri?La Hotels.As a Bell Attendant, we rely on you to:Meet and greet all guests arriving and departing to/from the Hotel.Operate the doors and welcome and say farewell to all guests.Handle all guest luggage with care and efficiency.Escort guests upon arrival at the Hotel to the Reception DeskPresent the guest with a brief orientation of the Hotel and guest room.Assist in coordinating departure transportation.Deliver newspapers / messages / packages and other miscellaneous items to/from the guest rooms.Perform errands outside of the hotel on behalf of guests.We are looking for someone who has:Has previous experience in luxury hotels and knowledge of Front Office / Guest RelationsArticulate, presentable and well groomed.Responsible, good team playergood customer service sensesOutgoing, courteous with pleasant personalityYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
