WALLS continues to adapt new technologies to enhance the customer experience and speed up operations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Barista position at WALLS for Light Snacks. The Barista will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing drinks and food items, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and managing cash and card transactions.Qualifications

  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with customers
  • Prior Barista experience to prepare quality coffee drinks and other beverages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation to satisfy customer needs and provide a positive experience
  • Prior experience in food preparation and following of established recipes
  • Ability to work effectively under high-pressure situations
  • A relevant degree or diploma in hospitality or catering would be beneficial
