Job Description

The role holder is responsible for acting as an ambassador for CQM in B2B, Lead Process Management and ensure Processes Controls are in place for B2B to adhere to approved framework in compliance with corporate model, ensure all sector processes have clearly defined metrics that are measurable and accurately reflect process performance, Ensure all EBU process are documented, managed and have clearly defined owners & aligned with governance authority matrices. Also, act as a key stakeholder in process automation processes and track gaps in process availability in reference to unified stc process model & prioritize activities with stakeholders to make sure processes are reflected and mapped to the model. The holder will Build & update unified process value chain Model , train B2B departments on proper process documentation and build missing critical processes impacting customers experience in coordination with related stakeholders. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure-Participates in the development and implementation of the organization plans in line with the corporate objectives. -Directs and manages the organization mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards. -Interprets and implements change in the organization providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement. -Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards.-Act as ambassador for CQM in B2B, Lead Process Management and ensure Processes Controls are in place for B2B to adhere to approved framework in compliance with corporate modelEnsure all sector processes have clearly defined metrics that are measurable and accurately reflect process performance in coordination with Quality Control team-Ensure all EBU process are documented, managed and have clearly defined owners & aligned with governance authority matrices. Review and approve critical processes in coordination with related stakeholders to make sure aligned -Act as a key stakeholder in process automation processes. Coordinate with TE & IT to ensure synergy between processes on systems reflect what is documented and proper controls in place-Track Gaps in process availability in reference to unified stc process model & prioritize activities with stakeholders to make sure processes are reflected and mapped to the model-Build & update unified process value chain Model in coordination with CQM, Data & analytics & CeX teams-Train B2B departments on proper process documentation standards and procedures-Support process owners in providing approved stc process template and designing process flowchart. -Build missing critical processes impacting customers experience in coordination with related stakeholders ?Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the team and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process.?Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Organization, in line with the business and operational plans.?Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Organization. -Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Director in order to meet sector objectives.
