The ideal candidate will have experience in ?prepping, spraying, and finishing vehicles? with high-quality paintwork while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.Responsibilities:? Prepare vehicles for painting (sanding, masking, cleaning surfaces).? Mix and match paint colors accurately.? Operate spray guns and painting equipment professionally.? Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat smoothly.? Perform polishing and buffing for a flawless finish.? Maintain a clean and organized workspace.? Follow safety guidelines for chemical handling and ventilation.? Inspect finished work to ensure quality meets standards.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive painting (workshop or garage).Knowledge of ?paint mixing, spraying techniques, and surface preparation?.Familiarity with ?spray guns, sanders, and polishing tools?.Physically fit.Preferred Skills:Experience with ?color matching & blending?.Knowledge of ?water-based and solvent-based paints?.Ability to work under deadlines.
