• Required to lead, manage, monitor, and administer quality compliance during the life cycle of RSG projects to ensure the standard of construction quality required is achieved. This position supports implementing and managing the quality management framework for RSG portfolios to ensure sustainable delivery of world-class service standards across all functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Support establishing and maintaining RSG quality management system that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Quality Director to ensure surveillance and monitoring of activities to confirm compliance with processes, procedures, and contract requirements to achieve the required level of construction quality.
• Develop the human resources requirement for a team of quality professionals capable of providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of their responsibilities.
• Ensure development, design, construction, and operations comply with all applicable quality codes and standards and keep abreast of any changes or updates to these requirements.
• Ensure regular audits and inspections are conducted to identify potential nonconformances, assess compliance, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks and improve quality performance.
• Support and deliver training programs to enhance employee awareness and understanding of quality requirements.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to stay informed about emerging trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key quality metrics, initiatives, and achievements.
• Support RSG to retain the ISO 9001-2015 Certification.
• Lead investigations of quality incidents and audits.

• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.

Safety, Quality & Environment

• Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, high-quality products/services delivery, and a responsible environmental attitude.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of the departments systems, processes, and practices considering international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

Job Stakeholders (Relationship):Internal: GRC, TPMO, Development, Design, Project, Construction and OperationsExternal: Design Consultants, Contractors, and ISO AuditorsJob Requirements - Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• A minimum of (20) years of experience in the quality & construction industry
• Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor ISO 9001
• Knowledge of drafting quality documents

• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard
• Ability to understand and document workflows and business processes.
• Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities and work under strict deadlines.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have high standards of integrity and ethical practice.
• Be able to demonstrate a successful track record of delivering large-scale complex projects to the highest quality standards.

Job Context:

• Required to lead the quality assurance and surveillance team in developing, implementing, and managing quality management systems across RSG projects from inception to operations.
• Must have the ability to plan work assignments, prioritize tasks, undertake detailed audits and analysis, and deliver deadlines accurately.
