• As an FP&A expert, you will be a key member of the FP&A team. You will provide support and manage the teams various initiatives which include formulating corporate budgets, and providing financial analysis and projections to be used in decision-making and planning.
• You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports and presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Prepare and collate accurate reporting for senior management and external stakeholders relating to aspects of business performance.
• Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
• Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
• Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Preparation, upload and ongoing upkeep of annual corporate budgets in coordination with internal departments and stakeholders.
• Overall financial forecast, cash flows, funding requirements, and cost of capital, and conduct internal studies in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Identify and understand business challenges propose and create solutions.
• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as directed from time to time.
• Maintain all records for easy audit purposes.

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports

• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the departments systems, processes and practices considering international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Qualification and Experience:

• A bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business, commerce, or related degree.
• Professional accounting or finance qualification ie CPA, SOCPA, CA, CFA, ACCA etc.
• Knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
• No less than 7+ years total experience, including 2-3 years of experience in real estate development or other related investment fields.
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Cloud Analytics (SAC) preferred.

Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to visualize and produce financial models from scratch (there is a test).
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
• Strong Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully handle multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
• Ability to analyzing, interpret and scrutiny of financial information.
• Should possess organizing capability and have a pleasing, get-going personality.
