Job Description

Job SummaryAECOM is seeking an Estimating Manager to be based on site on the NEOM program, close to Tabuk in Saudi Arabia. This role is a supervisory position responsible for planning, organizing and supervision in preparation and management of project cost estimates.

  • Overseeing, coordinating and preparing cost estimates for the PMC Consultant Team.
  • Supervise and oversee the completion of cost estimates which they will delegate to mid-level or discipline specific estimators operating under their direction
  • Familiar with Agencies cost estimating processes and procedures.
  • Manage the estimators/estimating resources afforded for the PMC Project.
  • Oversee the coordination of cost estimates between the PMC consultant, Client, and the Contractor and will assist the Program Team in presenting and negotiating said cost estimates.
  • Understands Agencies Process for preparing project cost estimates including cost structure (overheads, G&A, insurances).
  • Capable of Managing the preparation of an estimate and lead the project team in estimating reviews.
  • Supervises junior staff through task development, establishing and maintaining goals and expectations, and documenting performance related issues and achievements.
  • Understands estimating terminology and measures and recognizes processes/project actions that may impact the project.
Minimum Requirements
  • Will have a wide range of experience in various technical disciplines including but not limited to civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Ideally applicants will have a minimum of 20 years post qualification experience
  • Previous experience within KSA

  • Bachelor level education within a relevant discipline
