The role is key to our campaign management strategy and will take ownership of the implementation, and delivery of the marketing and communications story, the content and its campaigns, PR and events. This will be line with individual asset and development specific marketing plans and be consistent with the overall strategic marketing plan. The Assistant Marketing Manager is a key supporting role in helping to shape and execute the marketing program. The role will involve delivering brand awareness, delivering exceptional sales collateral, supporting RSGs event strategy and driving leads for the residential sales team. Job ResponsibilitiesFunctional/Technical Responsibilities

  • Support in delivering the marketing and communications plan tailored to the unique dynamics of the regional and global real estate market, driving brand recognition and business growth.
  • Leading content management process to enhance online presence and engage with target audiences effectively.
  • Working with sales, development and residential marketing team, support in delivering events, roundtables, and campaigns - identifying residential marketing events and the opportunities that can be leveraged via attendance and or participation. Liaise with Comms and Events teams to ensure successful participation.
  • Working in partnership with creative and PR agencies, understand the overall business and marketing strategy to support and influence the development of the residential development marketing plans/activity.
  • Work with the wider Development marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns to create awareness, generate demand and convert into leads. Integrated campaigns will incorporate events, web, paid social, traditional trade print advertising, content, film, brochures, PR and eDMs.
  • Assist in the management of content for the Red Sea Residences website, ensuring its continuously up to date.
  • Support the development of creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicate objectives, KPIs and budgets to senior management.
  • In collaboration with the digital team, create, maintain, and conduct reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Manage the raising of purchase orders / requests and work closely with the procurement team with the onboarding of new suppliers.

  • Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.

  • Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of departments systems, processes and practices considering international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Job Requirements
  • Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 4+ years experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in brand/creative development and execution in B2C essential and preferably B2B
  • Experience in the luxury, UHNWI and HNWI sectors desired
  • Experience with and a good level of understanding of market research
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original content
  • Understanding of latest technology trends
  • Ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic, ambitious organization

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • An ability to identify and implement new opportunities to drive marketing effectiveness
