Job Description

Scope

  • Management Reporting
  • Processing Supplier Claims / Payments
  • Processing Other payments
  • Processing Accounting data in the Oracle System.
  • Fixed Assets Module Maintenance
Management Reporting
  • Reconciliation of all control accounts/ suspense accounts.
  • Prepare audit schedules so that they are updated on monthly basis.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update fixed asset schedules of the division.
  • Prepare FSG reports in Oracle
Processing Supplier Claims / Payments
  • Prepare and raise Debit Notes as per the guidelines agreed with the supplier within the timelines.
  • Foreign supplier Payment booked in System and filing.
Processing Other Payments
  • Payment of monthly rental bill of transportation, stock transfer, and customer deliveries
  • Process payments on behalf of the principal.
  • Processing of Stock Issue Requisitions (SIRs).
Processing Accounting Data
  • Entering and posting journal vouchers.
  • Booking of petty cash transactions in the system.
  • Checking of supporting documents prior to processing payments.
  • Generate payment vouchers
