Our Integrated Well Services team works onsite with our Aramco customers to support the on-site installation, maintenance, and planning of our industry-leading products.Partner with the bestAs a CTD Field Specialist, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Youll lead activities, people and HSE compliance and work on a variety of complex problems and issues. Youll be the onsite expert, continually developing knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers.As a CTD Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:Ability to identify and respond to changing situations and events within the rig site.Solid understanding of all equipment and operational policies and procedures.Reports immediately to the Driller and Rig Manager any incident or accident.Following and recording Aramco and internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environmentChecking equipment on site required to perform planned activities and implement contingency plansFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have working knowledge of well control best practices and proceduresHave good drilling and general product knowledge to be able to maximize equipment performanceActively participates in the promotion of all aspects of QHSE and ensure safe working practices and conditions.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with on-site and remote key individualsMaking recommendations to improve the program and operation through improved procedures etc.Display an ability to analyze problems from data and identify root causes and provide efficient solutionsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.This role is working with our customer on-site in locations in Udailyah (UDH). When onsite, you will have the flexibility to work in line with customer working patterns.
