  • Assist in identifying audit and accounting issues and resolving them
  • Develop self and others though seeking and offering on the job coaching and audit engagement experiences
  • Write audit reports and present findings to clients and upper management.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations
  • Deliver quality auditing services to clients and their stakeholders.
  • Develop a good understanding of the sources of accounting and auditing literature
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with audit client personnel, assess audit clients satisfaction and proactively maintain contact with the audit client throughout the year.
  • Identify best practices on engagements and efficiently implement it
  • Participate in client engagements during a transaction (e.g., initial public offering (IPO), business combination or debt offering
  • Contribute ideas/opinions to the audit teams
  • Develop an understanding of KPMG service offerings
Skills & Experience: -
  • A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with approximately 0-1 year of related work experience in external audit
  • A qualified SOCPA/LCPA/CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA /MBA (finance) from a reputed institute is preferred, but not a pre-requisite
  • Past Big 4 experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of business trends, emerging technical and industry developments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills including writing and verbal skills in Arabic/English
  • Ability to travel as and when required
  • Ability to thrive in an international environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
