Job Description

Job PurposeLead the control of the planning and development of strategies such as hospitality, Healthcare & Education projects for RCU from inception to completion, according to agreed commercial, business strategies, budgets, and program schedules, contribute to designing risks through the project life cycle, including providing recommendations of operators, architect and consultant selections and contracting methods.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities

  • Lead in the construction and delivery of associated asset projects, supporting RCUs strategic developments and Masterplan implementation across individual development projects.
  • Support and ensure liaison with business planning and asset development directors and design management to oversee the delivery of assets for individual commercial and non-commercial developments.
  • Ensure the highest standards of sustainability in assets projects.
  • Support in the operator requirements and Asset Manager requirements.
  • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trend
  • Lead in the construction delivery project of the developed assets.
  • Lead the operations process of third parties and external construction vendors contractors.
  • Participate in guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.
  • Support timely delivery of developed assets.
  • Lead the development of established procedures that affect the immediate organization.
Job RequirementsBachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design and Construction Management, or Architectural Technology or relevant filed.Work Experience8 years of relevant experience.Other Requirements
  • Written and Oral proficiency of English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Knowledge of engineering science and technology.
