The role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, asset management practices, and compliance with relevant regulationsRoles and Responsibilities:Drive strategic ALM transformation projects across the organization.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and system enhancements.Lead the design, development, and implementation of new ALM frameworks.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in ALM practices.Analyze the impact of ALM strategies on the organization’s balance sheet and risk profile.Develop training and change management programs to support ALM transformation.Monitor and report on the progress of ALM transformation initiatives.Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing liquidity, interest rate, and capital management.Expected Skills:Experience with fixed asset software and ERP systemsExpected Competencies:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.Proficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation projects.Strong analytical and financial modeling skillsRequired Language Skills:Proficient in written and spoken English.
