ARMO Electro Mechanical Technician- Oilfield ServicesDo you like working in collaborative teams and solving technical problems?Do you like working in collaborative teams and solving technical problems?Join our cutting-edge Maintenance teamOur Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment, which is beating heart of our work.We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.Collaborate with the bestAs an ARMO Electro Mechanic Technician, you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies. Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform all test with minimal instruction. You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies.As an ARMO Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Having ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices
  • Using advanced skills in soldering and assembling of electro-mechanical devices
  • Being proficient in the use of multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers and other basic instruments
  • Ensuring the use of measurement and gauging equipment and processes
  • Following internal HSE policies to ensure safety and compliance.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Technical diploma or Associates Degree in Electrical or Mechanical field.
  • Be versed in fluid power technology, AC/DC circuits and electro-mechanical devices. Proficient in the use of oscilloscopes.
  • Have ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices
  • Have advanced skills in soldering and assembling of electro-mechanical devices
