Quest Search and Selection is working with one of Saudi Arabias largest and leading luxury retailers as they look for experience Area Supervisors to join their teams in Jeddah and Riyadh. You will lead a group of brilliant store managers in providing world-class customer service and achieving sales objectives.As an Area Supervisor, you will:- Ensure achievement of store sales targets and financial objectives- Monitor and be on top of stores stock inventory and resources- Define sales targets based on approved budgets and identify areas for improvement- Implement sales programs and ensure that objectives are communicated to direct reports- Drive customer acquisition by regularly updating customer database and from customer buying behavior insights gathered- Recruit, manage, and train staffDesirable skills and background:- Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar field- At least 5 years experience as an Area Supervisor or similar capacity in Luxury/Fashion retail- Strong interpersonal and business development skills- Strong leadership and motivational skills- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and work under pressure- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Saudi national and good EnglishIf you feel you have what it takes to become part of this highly successful company, then please apply with an up to date CV.We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
